Final Sale & No Returns/Exchanges
All sales at Dupe Dynasty are **final**. Due to the nature of our products (perfume dupes being intimate and hygiene-sensitive items), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds** unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dupedynastydecants@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Wrong or Missing Items?
If you receive the wrong item or part of your order is missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind, scent preference, or accidental orders
- Products used, opened, or altered
- Shipping delays or carrier issues (contact us for assistance)
